Shasta Cummings and Luke Sitton exchanged their wedding vows Sept. 19 at the 100 Acre Wood Resort in Salmon, Idaho. Father Bob Perry of Salmon officiated the 3 p.m. outdoor, double-ring ceremony.

The bride is the daughter of Terry and Helene Cummings of Moscow, Idaho. The groom is the son of Wayne and Brenda Sitton of Hillman.

Attending the bride as maid of honor was her sister, Sharlee Cummings. Bridesmaid was Dustene Cummings, sister of the bride. Attending the groom as best man was his friend, Jared Fletcher. Groomsmen were Pete Lis and Jeremy Burr, both are friends of the groom.

Following the ceremony, a reception in honor of the newlyweds was held at the 100 Acre Wood Resort. The rehearsal dinner was hosted by the bride's parents and grandparents and took place at the family home.

Shasta is a 2005 graduate of Pacific University with a degree in psychology and a 2007 graduate of Eastern Washington University with a master's degree in clinical psychology. She is employed by Grant County in Washington State. Luke is a 2006 graduate of Lake Superior State University with a degree in criminal justice and a 2008 graduate of Washington State University with a master's degree in criminal justice. He is employed by Moses Lake Police Department.

The newlyweds are residing in Moses Lake, Wash. They are planning a future honeymoon in New Zealand.
