Henry and Geraldine LaFleure of 3244 Boilore, Alpena, celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary Sept. 19 with a party at the VFW Hall on Fletcher Street attended by family members and 140 friends.
Mr. LaFleure and the former Geraldine Matzke were married Sept. 19, 1959, at the Nazarene Church in Alpena. Their children are Larry (Charity) LaFleure, Sally LaFleure, and Hank (Mindy) LaFleure, all of Alpena. They have six grandchildren: Andrew LaFleure, Thomas Stoinski, Michael Stoinski, Tyler LaFleure, Megan LaFleure and Nathan LaFleure.
Henry is retired from Coca-Cola.
