Kimberly Marie Krawczak and Caleb Thomas Russel exchanged their wedding vows June 13 by the Thunder Bay River. Pastor Dan Lute officiated the 2 p.m. outdoor ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of John and Kristen Krawczak, and Joy Krawczak, all of Alpena. The groom is the son of Craig and Kerensa Russel of Alpena.
Attending the bride as maid of honor was her friend, Camella Way. Bridesmaids were Leanne Roznowski, cousin of the bride; Kiah Russel, sister of the groom; and Bethany Bohlen, Maegan Allen, Erin Medina and Hillary Lancaster, friends of the bride. Flower girls were Ellery Russel, daughter of the couple, and Maggie Soik, sister of the bride.
Attending the groom as best man was his friend, Dean Dettloff. Groomsmen were Danny Kimble, Matt Beale, Matt Plante, Brenten Blury and Jesse Osmer, friends of the groom, and Ethan Russel, brother of the groom. Ring bearers were Evan and Jack Krawczak, brothers of the bride. Ushers were Casey DeCaire, John Scally, Gerald Schulze and Josh DiMarzo.
Following the ceremony, a reception in honor of the newlyweds was held at the Posen Knights of Columbus Hall. A rehearsal dinner was held at JJ's Steak and Pizza of Alpena.
Kimberly is a graduate of Alpena Community College and is employed at the United States Post Office in Alpena. Caleb is a 2007 graduate of Alpena High School and is currently attending ACC.
The newlyweds spent their honeymoon at the Cornerstone Music Festival in Bushnell, Ill. They are residing in Alpena.
