Marvin and Judy Weber of Spruce and Panama Beach, Fla., are celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary. They were married Aug. 15, 1959, in Fenton.
In celebration of their anniversary, they were honored by their children with a cruise to the western Caribbean. Accompanying them on the cruise were son Bruce and his wife, Colleen, of Ketchum, Idaho, and daughter Kerry and her husband, Scott Boone, along with grandchildren Marley and Noah of West Bloomfield.
The couple moved "up north" after residing in Commerce Township for 42 years. Marvin is a retired teacher and counselor from the Royal Oak Public Schools and Judy is a retired medical bookkeeper.
