James and Patricia Nowak of 126 Colorado, Alpena, recently celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary with a dinner at Churchhill Pointe Inn.
Mr. Nowak and the former Patricia Senchuk were married Aug. 1, 1959. Their children are Mark (Kathy) of Alpena and Lori of Alpena. Grandchildren include Derek Konieczny, Tiffany (Brian) Kash, Adam Nowak and Chelsea Nowak. They also have two great-grandchildren, Brileigh and Vin Kash.
James is retired from WATZ.
