William Smith

SMITH, William H., 56, of Alpena died Thursday, July 16, 2009, at University Hospital in Ann Arbor.

He is survived by his wife, Deborah; two sons, Jeffrey (Melissa), and Bradley (Kristen); mother, Dolores; five sisters, Susan (Kendall) MacConnell of Kawkawlin, Lori (Gary) Bruski of Alpena, Janet (Albert) Godfrey of Pennsylvania, Lynn (Darrell) Donnan of Alpena, and Mary Nowak of Alpena; six brothers, Terry (Debra) of Alpena, Jim (Cindy) of Ossineke, Ken (Deborah) of Ossineke, Mark (Maureen) of North Carolina, Pat (Nancy) of Alpena, and Jack (Laura) of Ossineke; and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be at the Bannan Funeral Home on Sunday from 2-8 p.m. where a prayer service will take place at 7:45 p.m. Visitation will continue on Monday at Immanuel Lutheran Church from 10 a.m. until time of service at 11 a.m. with Rev. James Erickson officiating.
