Ilsley/Lown anniversary

Amy Ann Ilsley and Kyle Richard Lown exchanged their wedding vows June 13 on Island Park in Alpena. Pastor Leslie Nye officiated the 3 p.m. ceremony.

The bride is the daughter of Robert and Beverly Ilsley of Alpena. The groom is the son of Johnnie Lown of Fayetteville, N.C., and Deborah Lown of Marana, Ariz.

Attending the bride were maid of honor Bobbi Jo Suchey and bridesmaid Alison Taylor. Attending the groom were best man John Townsend and groomsman Gary Futch. Ushers were Karson Lown, Rick Gabara, Emil Newhouse and Nick Lawrence.

Following the ceremony, a reception was held at the Alpena Civic Center. The couple spent their honeymoon in San Carlos, Mexico. Upon their return, a second reception was held at the Viscount Suites in Tucson, Ariz.

The newlyweds now resides in Tucson, where Amy teaches at La Cima Middle School and Kyle works as a supervisor for Sunwestern contractors.
