MUSZYNSKI, Otto J., 84, of Alpena died Friday, June 26, 2009, at home.
He is survived by his daughter, Patti (Ron) Tews, son, Kim (Mary) Muszynski, all of Alpena; seven grandchildren, Melissa, Amy, Jenny, Kari, Keith, Kelli and Joseph; eight great-grandchildren; two brothers, Michael Muszynski and Donald (Rosemary) Muszynski, all of Alpena; three sisters, Verna (Theodore) Klesk of Detroit, Margaret (Joseph) Suszek of Alpena and Gladys (Arthur) Kowalski of Bolton, as well as several nieces and nephews.
Per his wishes, he has been taken from the Karpus-Hunter Funeral Home for cremation.
Committal services will be held on Saturday, July 11, 2009, at Evergreen Cemetery beginning at 2 p.m. Full Military Honors will be accorded by the VFW Post 2496 immediately following. Full obituary information will appear in a later edition of The News.
