DAOUST, Eugene R., 74, of Alpena died Sunday, Oct. 5, 2008.
He is survived by his wife, Kathleen; two daughters, Catherine (Anthony) Houle of South Lyon, and Ellie (Mike) Idalski of Grand Ledge; two sons, Steve (Mary) of Paw Paw, and Clark of Interlochen; five grandchildren, Cory, Cassandra, Christopher, Matthew and Beau; two sisters, Mary Kowalski, and Marlene Johnson, both of Alpena; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be at McWilliams Funeral Home of Alpena on Wednesday from 2-8 p.m. and on Thursday at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church from 10 a.m. until the time of the Mass of the Resurrection at 11 a.m. with Rev. T. Patrick Maher officiating. There will be a parish prayer service on Wednesday at 7:30 p.m. at the funeral home.
