G. Douglas Taipalus

TAIPALUS, G. Douglas, 83, of Greenbush and Zephyrhills, Fla., died May 7, 2008.

He is survived by his wife, Gloria; sons Gary, James, Don (Ginger); daughter Marlene Sixta; 11 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren, and his brother Ted (Shirley).

He is at Gillies Funeral Home, Lincoln, where friends may call on Sunday, May 11, from 3-7 p.m. Visitation will continue on Monday, May 12, from 11 a.m. until the funeral service at 1 p.m., at the Calvary Baptist Church in Mikado. Funeral services will be conducted by Dr. Lloyd Streeter. Burial will be in Mikado Cemetery.
