Michelle Habel

HABEL, Michelle Marie, 43, of Alba died Monday, May 5, at home following a 5-year battle with breast cancer.

She is survived by her, husband William III; one son, William; one daughter, Emily; her parents Modesta and Trueman Harrison of Alpena;

her sisters: Kathleen Linder of Alpena, Barbara Chandler (Edward) of Indianapolis, Ind., Debra (Gregory) Trelfa of Grand Lake; her brothers, Ken (Elizabeth) Harrison of Alpena, Michael Harrison of New Baltimore, and David Harrison of Illinois; her in-laws, William Jr. and Jean Habel of Charlevoix; her sister-in-law, Billie Jean Habel of Charlevoix; grandparents, Betty Straw of Charlevoix, and Leona Habel of Charlevoix; and a number of aunts and uncles, and nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held at the Alba Public School gymnasium at 4 pm on Saturday, May 17.
