YALE, Mich. (AP) — Crews from more than a dozen fire departments are responding to a blaze at businesses in the downtown of the small Michigan community of Yale.
The Times Herald of Port Huron reports (http://bwne.ws/1dg8xa3 ) crews were called to a sign and graphics shop around 6 a.m. Tuesday and the fire spread to a laundry business next door.
No injuries are reported.
Residents of the community about 55 miles northeast of Detroit are asked not to use water unless it's an emergency. Tanker trucks are being used to supply firefighters.
Crews responded from departments in St. Clair and Sanilac counties.
