This has nothing to to withe religion and everything to do with handing control of APS to the feds and special interest groups. This will further the fact that our children are little more that numbers or statistics. Anybody who thinks ceding control of our local schools and curriculum to federal guidelines is a good thing hasn't looked into the mass of information showing what a mistake it is. There are many, many cases where those who have supported CC have found out how it negatively impacts students and are now leading the fight against it.

Sure you do not like Common Core, it does not include 'christian' conservative fundamentalist indoctrination.

"The common core standards don't dictate a curriculum or prescribe a certain method of instruction."

This is what a big fat lie looks like folks. If you are a parent, read about "Common Core" yourself. Investigate it, unless you don't give a hoot about your kids or what they are being indoctrinated with.

If you are into socialist group think, and want your kids as dumbed down as they can possibly be, you might like it.

Each and every one of these board members need to be replaced.
