I was always jealous of the bay veiw in Tawas. Buy it and if that Thunderbird lot is for sale buy that too.

There is plenty of access to the beach without this. This must be an insider deal like the building bought to build the police station.

As if we need LESS places to stay in Alpena. Better spend the money on a boardwalk linking the Starlite Beach to Thompson's and Bay View Park. Of course, the exclusive home owners between the parks would raise holy hell. BUT, the allowed the new monstrosity of a home being built on State Street that definitely does NOT fit the neighborhood.
