Time to re-think this before it's to late. Problem is and I experienced this first hand, when you have hundreds of tourist come into town, parking is at a premium. Those that can't find parking in downtown Alpena get frustrated and go to Walmart. Let's keep the business downtown. Best results come when parking is available for all our citizens and visitors.

Hey, crack pipe! YOU mentioned 'BASS', which is a fish in my book!

You're off topic. This is about the Plaza not your personal fish-pants idiosyncrasies.

Bass, you say shrill? In my tribe, we always place the first trout we catch IN OUR PANTS! This is to ensure a great catch. Try it, as it even works with disbelievers. I have a video if you need a tutorial on the proper trout insertion method.

Here's a great idea on how to pay for it if you can avoid Agenda 21 type "grants".

Smart water meters!

Yep, just "park" a truckload of those little rascals...ooops. I said the "P" word.

Anyway, save one for Sundin to wear as a high-tech hat. We need to know precisely how much water on the brain he has going on at any given time.

We already know him incapable of removing his lips from the public teet, but that's another problem one more MENSA menacing, water meter can't cure.

OK, set 'em by the shores of Gitche Gumee with a Longfellow bass in each one, then pretend you're Gordon Lightfoot. I'll get to them eventually.

Get some help shrill. You are an angry, bitter man with no clue about reality, and a shrill way of going about spreading your misinformation.

You confuse many things Normudlake. Here you confuse fear with indignation. Have someone look up the two words and read the definitions to you. Then kiss my tailbone, but first, wash your face with merthiolate.

Then crawl straight up the federal government's colon where you belong.

Once a community is stupid enough, (and Greg Sundin is the stupidest guy on the planet next to you IMO) to follow these Agenda 21 "suggestions", the binding part comes along with the contract a city must sign in order to get the funds.

Dumbasses like Sundin thinks it's free money. So do you, and so does Ms. Dort Dingbat.

When is Greg Sundin ever going to get a real job anyway?

You really should stop talking about things you know nothing about just to nibble on my ankles a bit more. You know that when you nibble, I'll simply kick you in the face.

Consider mounting a windmill on your head, to power that neon "doofus" sign you constantly wear.

Rshill, you are a total FOOL. There is no doubt that you cannot comprehend what you read, only parrot what is told you by some neocon. This plaza, if it happens, can only be a plus for the community. NON-BINDING, look it up, Agenda 21 is no reason for alarm, that is only for those like yourself who live in FEAR.

And all you have to do to get there is walk, both ways. Or you could drive to the airport, hop on a plane with a parachute strapped to your backside and jump as soon as you see the flickering of the fire pit.

Brightly gleaming ignorance on display. Brought to you by left fielders, bouyed by Agenda 21.

Haven't read Agenda 21? Oh, you're in for a treat. Have Ms. Dort read it to you. She might have a redacted version memorized, like a favorite poem. Why, she could even "sing a song of sixpence" as an encore.
