It most definitely is torture. Who is her lawyer? I would never use this man's services. It is hard to believe someone would see animals freezing and starving and think it's okay. The problem with society is that a person like this is not held to heigher standards of behavior. My mind is blown that they survived natural selection. Rather than evovling, it seems like some people are devolving.

Her attorney stated that she "didn't torture any of the animals"??? What would he call leaving these animals out in the frigid cold, without food, water of shelter until they were close to death? That isn't considered to be torture? Get real!!! No more animals for her!!! She was so sneaky about this all for so long, and had her group of "friends" that would hide the animals every time she thought she was going to be caught. Don't think for one second that she won't do this again if allowed!!!!! Hope she gets more than community service. That's not enough, and this is why we have repeat offenders. They get off too easy!!!
