Judges, sheriff to approach county about jail

We simply can not arrest our selves into prosperity. We do not need more jails or prisons or police. Regrettably we are already numero ono on imprisonment worldwide. We do need common sense approaches that work and actually help society rather than hurt the most at risk. We could use rehab facilities and job training over jails. Jobs are much cheaper than jails....shredder

It's always a great idea to plan ahead. We are the most imprisoned nation the world. Planning ways to have fewer prisoners will save costs too.
