Holy white stuff, Batman!

So is it too soon to start complaining about the snow?
I know the snowmobilers and skiers love, and I don’t mind it — for the most part. However, I’ve already run out of places to throw the snow in the front of my driveway. The pile between my driveway and my neighbor’s is over 4 feet high and it’s only a few feet wide, so the places to pile it have just been reduced by one.
Fortunately for me, I don’t have the same neighbors as I had for several years. While they weren’t bad neighbors, they treated the whole yard between the houses (most of it being mine) as if it were their driveway — even though they never owned a car. Needless to say, there wasn’t as much room to move around the snow as there is now.
Still, as much of a windfall the snow is for those who earn a living and those who go to extremes to enjoy it, it can be a hassle. Those who enjoy the winter most have to admit that at times we can have too much snow at one time. And I know several people who snowmobile, skiiing, what not, who are tired of the winter by the first of March.
So I ask, if you get tired of it by the first of March, don’t you have to admit that it came too soon? Especially since you know it’s going to be here until the first of April?
