Time to sharpen those knives

Tonight’s the season premiere for Top Chef on Bravo. I never thought to watch the first couple of season, but got hooked two years ago (Season 3). Turns out it was the same season sports writer John Bronz got hooked on it too. We both had crushes on Casey and the way she made her way through the kitchen.

I never in a millions years would have thought I’d be hooked on a reality show, but here it is tonight, Top Chef, and JB and I are talking about it.

I had seen the ads for the new season several weeks ago (and in following weeks), but had forgotten about it. JB reminded me about it tonight, so we’re ready to compare notes.

Our goal is to get our copy editor, Becky Schackmann, hooked this year. After comparing notes, I’ll probably write about each episode. I guess you can call it a mini Top Chef blog.
