Facial Photorejuvenation erases the damage that years of sun exposure have caused, including brown spots, red spots, and spider

process. Photodynamic therapy also known as the "Enhanced Photofacial" has made some of our patients look 4 to 6 years

We are located on the banks of the beautiful Thunder Bay River behind LeFave Pharmacy, next to XpressCare just
off US 23 North in Alpena. The map and driving directions below are provided for your convenience.
How Much Does It Cost?
Since these procedures are cosmetic in nature, most insurance plans do not provide coverage for any of the
treatments we offer. There is a $75 charge for the initial consultation but you get a coupon worth $75 toward treatment,
so the consult ends up essentially free when you use the coupon. If you have acne or rosacea, we may bill your insurance
for the consultation. Hair removal consults cannot be billed to insurance and must be paid at the time of service.
You will receive a written quote detailing the type and number of treatments recommended to achieve your goals. Payment
for treatments is due at the time of service by cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, or Discover. Be sure to ask how you
can qualify for a substantial discount off the regular fees.
Our regular prices are well below the national average for the services we provide: 1) a licensed physician
or nurse performing all procedures; 2) compliance with all federal and state regulations for privacy, infection
control, and licensing; 3) staff training meeting or exceeding all educational requirements and standards;
and 4) a medical evaluation prior to all procedures by a physician knowledgable about the medical conditions and medications
(prescription or non-prescription) which may affect treatment.
