Thoughts to improve our health care crisis

I am not claiming I have all the answers to the healthcare crisis, but based on some personal experience with some of proposals, as well as borrowing some ideas from my friend Charles Peralo of beinglibertarian.com, I have come to some conclusions. They would not even require that much change to the existing health law, but would be bipartisan and lead to lower costs. Proposals such as allowing medical tourism with Medicare/Medicaid, making easier for foreign doctors to come to the U.S., make it easier to import foreign drugs, speed up approval of life saving drugs, lessening prescription requirements for some drugs, encouraging more HSAs, and allowing Medicare/Medicad to negotiate drug prices for their respective programs all would be relatively minor things on their own, and would not even require a repeal of Obamacare, but would undoubtedly lower prices. Let us give freedom of choice a chance.
