The wisdom in taking a daily multivitamin

A healthy diet (plant-based and matched to one’s blood type) aside, there is wisdom in taking a daily multivitamin based on 75 years of human experience … and a recent study Harvard-lead study. According to the “Physician Health Study II” there was a 8 percent reduction in those diagnosed with cancer amongst 15,000 medical doctors who took a multivitamin daily for 11 years … without negative side-effects. Sounds pretty wise to me, even though the multivitamin they used in the study were of the synthetic, fractionated isolates (which are never found that way in nature) as opposed to the more natural whole food vitamin complexes (much closer to nature). But that is a topic for another day.
