AAACU employees obtain resident producer license

Eight employees of Alpena Alcona Area Credit Union have obtained their resident producer license through the State of Michigan Department of Insurance and Financial Services.

The resident producer license allows credit union employees to better assist members

with insurance needs such as credit life, credit disability and guaranteed asset protection insurance. Licensed team members can offer and explain these valuable insurance products that protect our members and the credit union from unexpected loss.

AAACU team members Lorna Dellar, branch manager, Debbie Sucharski, mortgage supervisor, Beth Tessmer, consumer loan originator II, Jess Myers, loan officer, Kelli Rondeau, consumer loan originator, Staci LeBlanc, consumer loan processor, Desiree Renz, consumer loan processor, and Ashley Diem, plastic card coordinator, all obtained their resident producer license.

AAACU serves members primarily in Alpena, Alcona, Montmorency, and Iosco counties with eight locations a main office located in Alpena, with branch offices in Ossineke, Lincoln, a Tiger Branch in Alcona Community Schools, Atlanta, Oscoda, Tawas, and an additional branch in Alpena. As of Nov. 30, 2016, AAACU provides service to 28,116 members with total assets equal to $324,619,654.
