Duncan – Rossi exchange wedding vows

Emily Duncan and Anthony Rossi were united in marriage April 21, 2018 in a beautiful, God-honoring ceremony in Livonia.

Emily is the daughter of Bruce and Teresa Duncan and granddaughter of David and Suzanne Ness and Judy Duncan, all of the Alpena area. Anthony is the son of Antonio and Olympia Rossi of Milford.

Attending the bride were close friends Kelsey Lewis, Abby MacArthur, Kristi McNeil, Amanda Dort, Shannon Kapala and Lexie Tzafaroglou. Groomsmen were close friends Nicholas Kristock, Kyle Nelson, Stephen LaRoue, Jamie Fetter, Cody Spotts and Mike Osterman. One of the many special moments of the ceremony was when the bridesmaids and groomsmen were invited to encircle the couple and pray over them, a lovely demonstration of support for the newlyweds.

The wedding reception was held at Laurel Manor in Livonia and included a seven-course Italian style family dinner. Emily is a 2013 graduate of Alpena High School, a 2017 graduate of Adrian College and is currently in her final year of Physician Assistant education through Lincoln Memorial University in Harrogate, Tenn. Anthony is a 2010 graduate of Detroit Catholic Central High School, a 2015 graduate of Adrian College and is completing his Doctorate in Athletic Training through the University of Idaho. Anthony is employed by Western Michigan University as an Athletic Trainer for the WMU Mens’ Hockey Team.

The couple enjoyed a short honeymoon in Tennessee and are making their home in Portage.
