Introduction to Drawing is designed for students of all ages who have an interest in learning some of the fundamentals of working with graphite pencils and colored pencils.
This 4-hour program will include sketching exercises, an intro to basic drawing techniques and simple strategies for using colored pencils. There will also be a short intro to developing and creating compositions.
Workshop dates are:
∫ June 19, 12:30-4:30 p.m.
∫ July 24, 12:30-4:30 p.m.
Cost is $40 per class.
Intermediate Drawing is designed for students of all ages (starting at age 12) who have achieved a basic understanding of drawing practices. The agenda consists of drawing exercises using graphite, pigment ink liners and colored pencils. Participants will be introduced to a wide range of drawing techniques through a series of planned exercises, learn some of the strategies for working with graphite and color, and develop a sense for creative compositions.

Advanced Drawing is designed for students who possess good skills and an understanding of drawing practices with graphite and/or colored pencils.
