Cast in the show are Iven Brown, Ely Irving, Jade Shadbolt, Olivia Gerhart, Emily Kania, Jade Biddings, Rose Jasman, Miriam Denstaedt, Constance Fluharty, Caitlynn Shadbolt, Jake Lanier, Cameron Meichei, Josh Rasmussen, Makenna Lindros and Jonathan Prevo.
“They’re doing a great job. It’s been fun,” said AHS teacher Andrea Linton, who is serving her first as Masquers Club adviser.
Members of the Masquers Club Board selected the play to perform this spring after reading through a number of online samples. In late November/early December, the group collaborated with Thunder Bay Theatre to put on the classic musical, “The Sound of Music” on the TBT stage.
Coming up in April is the annual Talent Show and in May a Murder-Mystery Dinner. Both events are held as fundraisers for the Masquers Club program.
“Characters” runs March 1-4 with performances at 7:30 p.m. in the AHS Auditorium. Tickets are $5 for students and $10 for adults. The tickets are available at the door.
